2025 Syrups Dropping Tomorrow @ Noon Eastern!

We'll get right to the point...the 2025 Tapatree Whole MapleTerroir Series of syrups is dropping tomorrow, Friday, August 1st at noon eastern on our website store! For the first time, we will have limited availability of every batch the forest produced in 2025, from caramel cream to dark fruity balsamic! The batch descriptions are listed below. We have noted low volume batches, meaning there are no reserves for additional bottling. Some of those batches are just a few bottles deep, so if you have your heart set on something in those categories, act quickly! If a batch is sold out and it is not marked "low volume," it will likely be reappearing when we restock (never hesitate to ask!). We have a small number of Mini Tasting Sets ready to ship, and more will be coming, so stay tuned!


2025 Terroir Series Batches:


1-J:  Old-fashioned caramel cream candy! Amber/Rich. Low volume.

2-J: Sweet baked custard aroma, lux layers of butter & vanilla, w. a rich hazelnut top note. Amber/Rich. Low volume.


3-J:     Delicate vanilla wafer w. layers of butter & honey yielding to fresh orange note, whisper of coconut at finish. Golden/Delicate. Low volume.


4-J: Elegant light butterscotch-toffee, w. hints of cardamom, late hint of lemon peel. Amber/Rich. 


5-J:  Layers of vanilla, peach & buttery caramel w. a hint of cinnamon. Full Moon, Celestial Batch. Amber/Rich. Low volume.


6-J: Gossamer southern praline confection w. notes of honey, butter & pecans; light citrus high-note.  Amber/Rich.


7-J:  Golden fig layered in vanilla-rich caramel, finishes w. light toffee-butterscotch. Amber/Rich.


8-J: Old-style root beer open w. layers of sassafras, vanilla, hints of cinnamon & buttery toffee. Amber/Rich.


9-J: Rich earthy syrup w. layers of cardamom, cacao, dried raisin; ferrous notes; hints of Chicory & coffee. Dark/Robust.


10-J: Dark butterscotch layered w. dried apple & rum-raisin; finishes w. smooth dark rum note.  Dark/Robust.


11-J: Deep layer of brûlée crackle, hints of peach & sour cherry w. graham finish. Dark/Robust.


12-J: Rich, dark praline w. dried fig & apple layers, flinty finish w. hints of espresso.  Dark Robust.


13-J: Juicy summer peach cobbler w. hints of graham & cinnamon; whisper of brandy. Dark/Robust.


14-J: Butterscotch pudding, w. notes of dried apricot, hint of soy, finishes w. whisper of mocha.  Dark/Robust.


15-J: Euphoric layers of sherry, baked apple & dark butterscotch, finishes w. notes of raw dark chocolate. Dark/Robust.


16-J: Smooth, dried fig tones w. hints of dates & allspice, late coffee note.   Dark/Robust.


17-J: Bold rhubarb open w. layers of coffee & raisin, finishes w. bourbon note. Destined for the grill or an old-fashioned cocktail! Dark/Robust. Low volume.


18-J: Complex marmalade magic w. notes of sour cherry liqueur & orange, finishing notes of raw nut & black tea.  V.Dark/V.Strong. Low volume.


19-J: Tangy tart plum, buttery, finishes w. toasted marshmallow. Remin. of Mirabelle jam. Dark/Robust.


20-J: Spiced rum over baked peach, hints of chocolate & black fig.  Dark/Robust.


21-J: Dark fruity balsamic w. notes of grapefruit, sour cherry & coffee, finishes w. black fig.  V.Dark/V. Strong.
