The 2026 Whole Maple™ Syrup is arriving on Saturday, August 1st at Noon (Eastern)! We are finalizing the details for the 2026 Terroir Series launch at our online store. Batches designated "Limited Inventory" are likely to sell out very quickly, so if that is what your heart desires, act promptly for the best outcome! Also note that the Mini Sets are limited for this first drop, and we hope to have more later as the team has time for assembly.

That is about .0004% of the syrup produced annually in the state of New York, and about .00007% of the syrup produced in the United States. It is also about what an average commodity producer can make in a morning's work! Tapatree is a literal drop in the bucket. But while we are small, we are mighty, producing Whole Maple™ syrup that is totally and deliciously unique. Gems from the forest.
